The stand broke off on my original one having had no to little use! Warranty covered a replacement but the S&H cost was the same as a new one (different brand) on Amazon!

This is a scam company
This is a scam company. Never buy their products. I bought four phone cases for 120 yuan, but I ordered the wrong model. I contacted customer service for an exchange and refund. First, returning or exchanging items is extremely inconvenient; I had to pay for return shipping myself, and the waiting period was very long. I paid 23 yuan to return the cases; I mailed them out on January 29th, and Niumbus9 received them on February 3rd. After that, there was no follow-up. No refund, and no new cases. So this is a scam company. Never buy anything from them again. I bought the Niumbus9 Phone 17 Pro case on the Shop App. Be careful. Don't buy, don't trust.
