This is a piece of junk

My case's magnets fell off after about the 5th day and then a week or so later, the spine came apart and I got a nice poke from a wire in the spring hinge. Emails (5+) back and forth with Nimbus9, they insist I must pay shipping for a replacement but there's none in stock. They refuse to honor their warranty with a refund. In California, you cannot be forced to pay shipping to enable the performance of a warranty, and because they cannot replace the unit, I'm entitled to a refund and as related expenses to my claim, they have to pay for the replacement (Torras, very nice) case, too. Stay away from Nimbus9.

Please read. Terrible product, don't buy!

I bought this at one of the authorized Verizon retailer stores for $60. This case broke within 24 hours. The spring bent from me opening the case and the plastic snapped off behind the spring. The glue adhesive that made the kickstand stay tightly snug to the phone came off. No help from the retailer or this company that built this case. My phone is now at risk of being damaged and the best resolution I got is that I will have to wait 3 weeks for a new case. Terrible, just Terrible.
